Senior Site Manager

Overview We seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a high-profile residential development in Swiss Cottage, Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work under an experienced Senior Project Manager, playing a key role in delivering a complex scheme from early stages through to completion. Project Details * Large-scale residential development * Key stages include: * Piling works * RC Frame construction * External works * Façade package Role & Responsibilities * Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager * Managing day-to-day site operations across key structural and external phases * Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Driving programme and ensuring milestones are met * Managing health & safety on site in line with company and statutory requirements * Coordinating with design and commercial teams * Monitoring quality control across piling, RC frame, and façade packages * Leading site teams and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes * Strong background in: * Piling * RC Frame construction * External works & façade packages * Experience working for a main contractor or developer * Excellent organisational and leadership skills * Ability to work closely with senior management and project teams Qualifications * SMSTS * CSCS (Black Card preferred) * First Aid (desirable) What’s on Offer * Permanent position with a reputable developer * Long-term opportunity on a flagship London project * Competitive salary and package
