Senior Technical Manager - High-End Residential Northern Home Counties | Permanent A highly regarded residential developer is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead the delivery of high-value bespoke housing schemes. This role also suits an experienced Technical Manager ready to step up. The Role Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage the full technical lifecycle from acquisition through to completion, leading consultant teams and ensuring design, programme, and compliance objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery across bespoke residential developments Manage design process, consultants, and design programmes Oversee planning, discharge of conditions, and statutory approvals Secure S278, S38, and S104 agreements Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire, and structural requirements Coordinate utilities and infrastructure Support commercial, procurement, and construction teams Provide input into land acquisition and technical due diligence Requirements Experience with a developer or main contractor in a technical role Proven delivery of high-end bespoke residential schemes Strong knowledge of UK regulations, planning, and technical approvals Experience managing consultants and technical risk Commercial awareness and leadership capability Package Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits, with strong progression opportunities
