Senior Valuer / Lister

Monday–Friday 9am–6pm | Every other Saturday 9am–5pm An established and busy estate agency office in St Albans is looking for an experienced Senior Valuer / Lister to join their successful residential sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven valuer who knows the local market and is confident winning instructions. The Role * Carrying out market appraisals and valuations * Winning new instructions * Building strong relationships with local vendors * Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process * Contributing to overall branch performance What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Valuer / Lister within residential estate agency * Strong knowledge of the St Albans market * Proven track record of winning instructions * Confident, professional and commercially aware * Full UK driving licence The Package * Basic salary £30–35k * Realistic OTE £60–70k * Strong local brand and supportive team * Clear opportunity to make an impact in a well-established office Local knowledge is key for this position.
