Supporting students across the day, from morning routines to classroom activities

Working with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to keep everything running smoothly

Helping students feel safe, included and ready to learn

Guiding pupils who might need a bit of extra encouragement or structure

Being that calm, reassuring adult who makes school feel manageable

What we’re looking for:

Previous TA experience is great, though not essential

Backgrounds in care, social work, youth work or similar are highly valued

A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Someone who brings empathy, patience and a sense of humour when it counts

Reliability, teamwork and a genuine interest in helping young people thrive
