Service Administrator
In this role, you’ll manage the diaries of the engineers, ensuring that all client services are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

Book preventative and corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers
*
Process invoices for engineers’ visits
*
Keep client account administration accurate and up to date
*
Provide analysis reports for weekly/monthly management meetings
*
Liaise with managers regularly on job progress, queries, and customer updates
*
Support in acquiring new service contracts
*
Handle general correspondence and ad hoc tasks

What they Offer:
