Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable Main Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Basildon area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.   Benefits: Competitive basic salary up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience Average bonus of around £6,000 per year Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm Alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis. Full-time, permanent contract Supportive franchise dealership environment with ongoing career development opportunities.Requirements: Working experience within a Service Advisor role, ideally within a Main Dealership setting. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £33,000.
