Service Advisor 📍 Brighton 💰 £28,000 – £32,000 Basic | OTE £35,000 – £40,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to earn strong bonus and progress within a reputable automotive group. The Role * Act as the main point of contact for service customers * Book vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair * Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate * Liaise between customers and the workshop * Provide accurate estimates and clear communication * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI * Manage invoicing and explain completed work What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to upsell and hit monthly targets * Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Full UK Driving Licence Package * £28,000 – £32,000 basic (depending on experience) * Realistic OTE £35,000 – £40,000 * Bonus scheme * Manufacturer training and career progression * Pension scheme * 22–25 days holiday + bank holidays
