Benefits: Up to £28,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000 Monthly incentivised bonus scheme 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (holiday allowance increasing with service) No weekend working – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm Full manufacturer-authorised training Company pension scheme and personal healthcare Access to online retail discounts, staff discounts, and discounted gym memberships Excellent career progression opportunities Recognised as a ‘Best Company To Work For’Duties: Provide proactive and professional customer service to clients scheduling vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs Welcome customers into the Service Department and liaise with them throughout the service process Coordinate with the workshop team to chase work in progress and keep customers informed Arrange for courtesy vehicles where necessary Upsell additional products, services, and warranties where appropriate Ensure effective communication between customers and the workshop team Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service qualityRequirements: Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles IT proficiency, ideally with Kerridge/ADP systems Knowledge of warranty procedures and liaising with vehicle manufacturers is advantageous but not essential Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceIf you are a motivated Service Advisor seeking a reputable dealership with excellent working hours and progression prospects, this position is perfect for you.
