Now Hiring: Field Operations Control Officer We're looking for a detail‑focused, proactive team player to join our Field Operations team! What You'll Do Schedule and manage tasks for Field Monitoring Officers Make sure monitoring equipment is correctly assigned Support field teams with queries and updates Log leave and absence information Spot and report any curfew breaches Handle calls and complete end‑of‑shift handovers Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partner agencies Hours & Working Pattern Shifts between 8am-1:30am, 8.5 hours per day 5 days out of 7 (including weekends & bank holidays) First 4-6 weeks fully on-site in Warrington, then move to 40/60 hybrid 2‑week in‑person training provided What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination Confident working under pressure Good with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Customer-focused and adaptable Join us in creating a safer community and gain meaningful experience along the way.
