Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional service delivery, they are seeking a highly organised Service Support & Administration Coordinator to join their growing team. Service Support & Administration Coordinator – Role and Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for service and maintenance requests, logging jobs and coordinating engineer schedules • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding service updates and appointments • Prepare and manage essential documentation including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), test sheets, and quotations • Ensure all records and documentation remain compliant with industry standards and accreditations • Support procurement activities including raising purchase orders, ordering parts, and managing stock requests • Organise site permits and update client portals as required • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for engineers working away from home • Provide general administrative support to the service and management team to ensure smooth daily operations Service Support & Administration Coordinator – Skills and Experience Required • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role within the Security Industry • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure • Willingness to undergo full security background checks Benefits of this Service Support & Administration Coordinator Position • Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum (DOE) • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) • Private healthcare (after successful completion of probation) • Company pension scheme (after 3 months) • Stable, supportive, and inclusive working environment • Opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation Keywords: Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Helpdesk Coordinator, Security Administrator, Engineering Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Service Planner, Scheduler, Security Industry, Office Administrator, Operations Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator
