Service Coordinator

We’re hiring for a Service Coordinator to join an established engineering business based in Leigh. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating a team of field-based engineers, scheduling maintenance work, and ensuring service jobs are delivered efficiently for customers across the UK. What’s on offer? * £27k - £30k p/a * Mon - Fri | 8:30am – 5pm OR 9am – 5:30pm * Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) * Healthcare scheme * Christmas bonus * Company pension scheme * Regular work socials & Christmas event What will you be doing as a Service Coordinator? * Planning and managing engineer schedules and daily workloads * Scheduling planned maintenance visits, breakdowns and repair jobs * Preparing quotations and processing service documentation * Managing engineer job sheets and submitting completed work for invoicing * Liaising with customers and engineers to coordinate service visits * Responding to urgent requests and prioritising reactive work * Supporting the team with general service administration and reporting * Identifying opportunities for additional equipment or service work What will you need? * Previous experience in a service coordinator, service planner or scheduling role * Experience managing engineer diaries or field service teams * Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Interested?
