Service Desk Engineer
You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.
Technically, you will demonstrate a commercial knowledge of as many of the following as possible:
* Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+
* Windows 10+, Microsoft Office
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email)
* VoIP systems
* MS Teams and SharePoint Online
* Apple products
