🏡 9-Bed Supported Living (across two services)
💰 Salary: £34,000 per annum
⏰ 40 hours per week

We are recruiting a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a well-established supported living service in Leeds, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and some physical disabilities. This Service Manager role in Leeds is ideal for a strong leader who can drive quality, performance, and positive outcomes within a learning disabilities service.

The Role - Service Manager Leeds

As Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of a learning disabilities supported living service in Leeds. You will inspire and develop your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring the service remains compliant and consistently achieves excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities - Service Manager

Lead, manage, and motivate a staff team supporting adults with learning disabilities in Leeds

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a learning disabilities supported living service

Oversee recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development as Service Manager

Ensure full CQC compliance across the Leeds learning disabilities service

Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and professionals within the learning disabilities sector

Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and support strategies for individuals with learning disabilities

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders across Leeds

Manage budgets, resources, and operational responsibilities as Service Manager

About You - Service Manager Leeds

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities services in Leeds.

You will ideally have:

Experience as a Service Manager within a CQC-regulated learning disabilities service

Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs

A leadership style that develops and motivates teams within learning disabilities services

Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and learning disabilities best practice

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

A commitment to delivering high-quality learning disabilities support in Leeds
