Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who specialises in Source 2 Pay (S2P). This role is working for a Global business, ideally they would like someone in the office twice a week, however for the right candidate they are flexible.
Location: London/Remote (flexible for fully remote for the right person)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the ServiceNow Business Analyst:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Procurement / Source-to-Pay environments
* Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow)
* Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
* Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
*
Desirable:
* Exposure to ServiceNow (S2P, ITSM or Procurement modules)
* Agile / Scrum experience
* ITIL knowledge or certification
Start date is ASAP for the ServiceNow Business Analyst
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for:
* Gathering and analysing business requirements across procurement, case management and ITSM
* Conducting gap analysis between current and future-state processes
* Producing functional specifications, user stories and process documentation
* Collaborating with technical teams to design scalable solutions
* Supporting UAT, testing cycles and solution validation
* Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
