ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Reading (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Role Overview
Lead large-scale ServiceNow programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving successful delivery, process transformation, and platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow programme delivery (planning, governance, risk management)
Drive process design, gap analysis, and scalable solution implementation
Oversee integrations, platform performance, security, and compliance
Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to best practices
Mentor team members and support delivery excellence
Required Qualifications
15+ years' experience managing ServiceNow projects/programmes
Strong expertise in:
CMDB / CSDM
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
ITSM
CSM, FSM
SPM, SOM, SLO, TNI
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, third-party systems)
Strong understanding of platform security, performance, and compliance
Proven skills in:
Project Governance
Project Planning
Risk/Crisis Management
Stakeholder Management
