(PK9200) SHEETFED LITHO PRINTER - METAL DECORATION 📍 LOCATION WEST YORKSHIRE ⏰ Shift Pattern: x12 hrs Monday to Thursday | Rotating days & nights weekly 💷 Salary: £16-18per hour | Overtime x1.5 and Sundays double time | 20% shift rate on the Night shift after 10 pm | Holidays 23 days (4-day Pro-Rata) + Bank Holidays Our Client are a specialist manufacturer providing end-to-end metal packaging solutions, including design, printing, and coating for industries such as paint, chemical, food, and aerosol. They require a Sheetfed Litho Printer ideally with metal decoration experience to be responsible for the proper performance of tasks as detailed below. Key Responsibilities: Handling the printing line Print quality control Acknowledgment of print compatibility with the design Mixing inks for production Follow instructions and procedures Line maintenance Maintaining order in the workplace Maximising capacity utilisation of the machine Working on the coating lines Training for other employees Production reporting Adherence to the BRC / IOP, HACCP hygiene rules and environmental standards ISO 14001 described in procedures, instructions and in others Internal documents Applying the principles of the Quality Management System described in the procedures, instructions and other internal documents.Skills & Experience: Experience operating metal printing presses - knowledge of offset printing with thermal and UV drying Strong understanding of and assistance with coating lines Fork Lift Truck Licence holder is desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Conscientiousness Innovation Accuracy
