Shift Lead - Commercial Location: City of London Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days, 7am-7pm Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £52,000 p/a A globally recognised FM provider is hiring for a Shift Lead to join a high-profile commercial site in Central London. The role: Reporting into the Technical Supervisor and working as part of the Engineering team, the Shift Lead will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault-finding of M&E building services, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational at all times. Key Responsibilities: The Shift Lead will be responsible for all M&E engineering PPM’s, making sure they are carried out in line with schedule Responding to reactive and emergency faults to maintain compliance in line with KPIs Managing sub-contractors where necessary to ensure work is completed safely in line with permit-to-work systems. Undertaking AP/RP duties which have been assigned. Plan Statutory Compliance Maintenance and Testing and report as required the Statutory Compliance Audit Report to the Technical Services Manager What they are looking for: Mechanically or electrically qualified to Level 3 If Elec bias, HV/LV AP desired Excellent customer service and communication skills Good understanding of health & safety in a relevant environment Demonstrate good planning, organisation and showing initiative What’s on offer: The Shift Lead position will get a salary up to £52,000 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, 7am-7pm Overtime and training opportunities Supportive, well-structured team If you’re an experienced Shift Lead looking for a new opportunity in London, this is a great opportunity.
