Electrical Maintenance Shift Leader We’re hiring for an Electrical Shift Leader to join the engineering team at a flagship building in the heart of the City of London. The Electrical Shift Leader will play a key role in maintaining this high-profile building, overseeing electrical and building services maintenance on a continental shift pattern. This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Shift Leader to work on a prestigious, well-renowned building for one of the most highly regarded Facilities Management providers in London. Responsibilities * Leading the shift engineering team on site * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs * Fault finding on electrical and building services systems * Supporting the operation of plant including switchgear, generators and UPS systems Requirements * Strong electrical building services maintenance background * Experience leading a team on a Shift Rota * Experience working within large commercial or critical environments * Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) What’s On Offer for an Electrical Shift Leader * Salary of £60,000 plus package (e.g. healthcare) * Continental shift pattern with extended time off * Work within a prestigious City of London flagship building * An opportunity to work for an employer who are known to prioritise internal growth/promotion
