Shoe Room Operative Location: Northampton Pay: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 Friday 07:30-12:30 Contract: Temp to Perm Interaction Recruitment are in partnership with an established Footwear Manufacturer in Northampton. The company is one of the leading fashion labels in the world, and this is a very exciting time to join them. We are looking for a Shoe Room Operative to work on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start. You will be required to box shoes and complete the final quality inspections. Key Responsibilities Quality inspection of footwear before packaging Lacing and preparing products for dispatch Wrapping and Boxing finished shoes Working on intricate, detailed tasks within the closing room What We’re Looking For Excellent attention to detail – the work is precise and delicate Reliability and a strong work ethic Ability to work carefully and consistently in a production environment Why Apply?
