Showroom Assistant (Saturday Only) Location: Batley, WF17 Hours: Saturdays, 10:00am - 5:00pm Pay: £12.99 per hour About Us We are a bespoke furniture company specialising in high-quality, made-to-measure pieces designed to suit each customer's individual style and space. Our showroom is where customers can explore our craftsmanship, materials, and design options in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The Role We are looking for a friendly and reliable Showroom Assistant to join our team on Saturdays. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with enquiries and general showroom duties. Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming customers into the showroom Providing basic information about our bespoke furniture and services Assisting customers with initial enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member if required Keeping the showroom tidy, organised, and presentable Supporting the team with general showroom tasks What We're Looking For A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong communication and customer service skills Reliability and punctuality An interest in interiors, design, or furniture is a bonus but not essential What We Offer £12.99 per hour A relaxed and stylish showroom environment The opportunity to gain experience in the bespoke furniture and interiors industry If you are enthusiastic about customer service and enjoy working in a design-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
