Site Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, ensuring a professional and efficient response
* Process weekly payroll, including accurate management of timesheets
* Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
* Process and track certifications and qualifications for staff and clients
* Take and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring clear and accurate documentation
* Maintain high administrative standards across all duties
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within construction or civil engineering
* Experience processing payroll and handling timesheets
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
* Awareness of health & safety practices (Fire Marshal training advantageous)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
