Site Agent Site Agent – Civil Engineering Devon, South West England Long-term contract (5-year framework projects) A leading UK tier-one civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support delivery of major infrastructure and environmental improvement schemes across Devon and Cornwall. The business delivers large-scale flood defence, pumping station and water infrastructure projects in partnership with government environmental bodies and water authorities. They are currently entering the next phase of a long-term regional framework with several schemes underway and more planned. Key Responsibilities * Managing project documentation, programmes and reporting. * Supporting pre-construction activities and early project planning. * Leading and coordinating Ground Investigation (GI) works. * Liaising with design teams, subcontractors and stakeholders. * Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme and quality standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects. * Strong document control and technical writing skills. * Experience with environmental agency, flood defence or water infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of pre-construction processes and site delivery. Projects Include * Pumping station upgrades. * Flood defence and tidal infrastructure. * Dam and water management schemes.
