Long‑term pipeline | Start ASAP
We’re supporting a major civil engineering contractor with a strong pipeline of reservoir upgrade works across the Scottish Borders, and they’re looking to bring in experienced Freelance Site Agents and Sub‑Agents to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
The Projects
You’ll be working on reservoir access upgrade schemes including:
New access roads and bridges
Earthworks and concrete structures
Crane pads and plant platforms
General civils
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations
Managing subcontractors and ensuring safe delivery
Supporting planning, paperwork, and site records (tablet‑based systems)
Ensuring quality, progress, and compliance
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Site Agent or Sub‑Agent on civil engineering projects
Ideally with reservoir, water, or heavy civils experience
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Comfortable with digital site systems (tablets, cloud‑based reporting)
