Site Agent

A national contracting group operating across the water, power, and infrastructure sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Civils Site Agent. Following the award of several new frameworks and increased project demand, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering key works across clean and wastewater assets.

Role Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of civil engineering packages across multiple clean and wastewater sites

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

* Coordinate and work closely with mechanical and electrical contractors on-site

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to programme schedules

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively

* Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation

* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the civil engineering or water sector

* Strong knowledge of civil works related to clean and wastewater infrastructure

* Experience managing multiple sites or projects concurrently

* Good understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects to programme

Desirable:

* Experience working within MEICA environments

* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

* SMSTS / CSCS certification
