We’re Hiring: Experienced Site Agent 🚧 📍 West Bromwich | Permanent Position Salary; £60,000-£65,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) + Package Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity within Civil Engineering and Wastewater projects? We are working on behalf of our client who are looking for a Site Agent to join their team and help deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across the region. 👷‍♂️💧 If you have strong site leadership experience, a commitment to health & safety, and the ability to manage programmes, budgets and teams effectively — we want to hear from you! 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Planning, programming and resourcing of works * Preparing and monitoring contract budgets and project programmes * Site cost control and efficient use of resources * Delivering works to specified quality standards * Ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental compliance * Managing site teams, subcontractors and operatives * Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors * Maintaining accurate site records and documentation * Overseeing inspection, testing, commissioning and project handover ✅ Essential Requirements ✔ CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6) ✔ SMSTS – 5 Day Course ✔ First Aid – Full 3 Day Course ✔ NRSWA Supervisor ✔ Engineering background preferred (HNC/HND Civil Engineering) ⭐ Desirable (Advantageous) ➕ Temporary Works Co-ordinator ➕ Confined Space Training ➕ Lifting Appointed Person ➕ Practicable Environmental Management ➕ Wastewater / Utilities project experience 📍 Location Must be able to commute to West Bromwich. 💼 Permanent opportunity to join a professional team delivering critical infrastructure projects.
