Job Title: Site Engineer – High-Rise RC Frame Project Location: Birmingham City Centre Duration: Approx. 2 Years Start Date: End of April Employer: Main Contractor About the Role Buildforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) frame development in Birmingham city centre. This is a large multi-room scheme with approximately two years of continuous work, offering the opportunity to be part of a high-profile city centre project from the early structural stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Setting out for RC frame and associated works * Interpreting and working from construction drawings and technical specifications * Managing QA documentation and site records * Carrying out as-built surveys * Coordinating with subcontractors and site management * Ensuring work is completed in line with programme, quality and safety standards * Supporting the site team with technical guidance where required Requirements * Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on RC frame projects * Experience on high-rise or large multi-room developments preferred * Strong knowledge of setting out and surveying equipment * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Valid CSCS card * Strong communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer * Long-term project (approx. 2 years of work) * Opportunity to work on a major Birmingham city centre development * Competitive rates depending on experience Apply Now If you are an experienced Site Engineer with RC frame experience and available from the end of April, we would like to hear from you.
