Site Maintenance Operative
Location: On-site Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 – 18:00 Job Overview: We are currently looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Site Maintenance Operative / Handyman to support general maintenance and upkeep across the site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, flexible, and confident turning their hand to a wide range of tasks. Key Responsibilities: * General site maintenance and repairs * Hanging and fitting doors * Laying flooring * Painting and decorating * Laying gravel and basic groundworks * Carrying out routine checks and minor repairs * Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and well maintained * Supporting other site teams as required Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in site maintenance, handyman, or similar role * Good all-round practical skills * Ability to work independently and manage own workload * A positive, can-do attitude Requirements: * Full UK driving licence (useful) * Counterbalance FLT licence (advantageous but not essential) * Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks What We Offer: * Full-time, consistent hours * Varied work – no two days the same * Supportive working environment
