Senior Site Manager | Major Nuclear Infrastructure Project UK – Site Based (Somerset) ENG Bauen is supporting a major nuclear infrastructure programme and is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join during a critical delivery phase of the project. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day construction execution across complex mechanical scopes. The position requires strong on-site leadership, coordination of contractors, and ensuring that installation activities meet strict safety, quality, and schedule requirements within a highly regulated environment. You will play a central role in driving site progress as the workforce scales significantly over the coming months, working closely with project leadership to ensure safe, efficient delivery on one of the UK’s most significant energy infrastructure programmes.This opportunity offers the chance to take a leading role in delivering one of Europe’s most complex and strategically important infrastructure projects. The Assignment * Senior Site Management role on a major nuclear infrastructure programme * Direct responsibility for site execution and construction leadership * Oversight of large mechanical installation scopes * Coordination of contractors and multidisciplinary site teams * Ensuring compliance with strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Long-term contract on a nationally critical energy project The Ideal Candidate * 10+ years’ experience in Site or Construction Management * Proven delivery on large capital construction projects (£50m+ / £bn scale) * Strong background in mechanical construction (piping, welding, installation) * Experience managing large site teams and contractor interfaces * Experience working within highly regulated environments * Background in nuclear or major industrial construction projects If you are an experienced Site Manager intrested in this opportunity, please apply here or send your CV directly to the ENG Bauen website.
