Role Summary
* Act as the Principal Contractor (PC) Representative on site
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders
* Maintain full compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures
Key Skills
* Strong leadership & communication
* Excellent health & safety awareness
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and deadlines
* Problem-solving mindset
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card
* SMSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
* Manual Handling training
* Proven experience working on substation / energy projects
