Site Manager (DBS Required)

Site Manager – Weston-super-Mare – Refurbishment Project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a refurbishment project based in Weston-super-Mare. This role is available for an immediate start and requires a candidate who is confident managing subcontractors and liaising directly with the client on site. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Works will include window and door replacements along with internal decorating and general refurbishment activities. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day site management of refurbishment works * Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities * Acting as the main point of contact for the client on site * Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme * Monitoring quality and progress of works including windows, doors and internal finishes * Maintaining site records and ensuring health and safety standards are met Requirements * Previous experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects * Strong experience managing subcontractors on site * Ability to liaise confidently with clients and project teams * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred * DBS or Enhanced DBS required for this project Details * Location: Weston-super-Mare * Project: Refurbishment works including windows, doors and internal decorating * Start Date: ASAP If you are an experienced Site Manager available for an immediate start and hold a valid DBS or Enhanced DBS, please apply with your CV for further details
