A leading Facilities Management contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and FM-related works on a live site in Campbeltown.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of FM construction works onsite, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing and coordinating all FM works onsite, including subcontractors and direct labour

*

Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client and FM teams

*

Ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards

*

Writing, issuing, and managing Permits to Work, RAMS, and other site documentation

*

Monitoring health & safety compliance and enforcing site standards at all times

*

Conducting site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

*

Reporting progress, issues, and risks to senior management

*

Ensuring minimal disruption to site operations during works

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager with main contracting exp.

*

Strong understanding of FM works in live environments

*

Experience writing and managing Permits to Work

*

Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe systems of work

*

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (essential)

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
