We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor delivering prestigious, high-end office projects across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure 1–2 years of continuous work, starting immediately, on some of the capital’s most high-profile commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end office fit-out projects
* Manage subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate site activities in line with programme requirements
* Maintain strict health & safety compliance
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams
* Drive quality control and ensure a premium finish throughout
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end office fit-out projects
* Must have worked for specialist/sole fit-out contractors (not main contractors with mixed portfolios)
* Strong track record delivering projects to a high specification
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Ability to start immediately
