Duration: 30 weeks
Start Date: 14th September 2026
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 30-week project based at a school in Bethnal Green.
The successful candidate will have a strong M&E background and previous experience managing works on live or occupied sites, ideally within education or similar environments.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong M&E background
* Enhanced DBS – essential or willing to get one due to the school environment
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and day-to-day site activities
* Experience working within a live school or similar occupied environment would be advantageous
* Must be based within Tower Hamlets and able to commit to the full 30-week project
