Job Title: Social Housing Refurbishment Manager (EWI) Location: Bradford Rate: £240–£260 per day Start: Immediate Contract: Ongoing We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Housing Refurbishment Manager to join a regional subcontractor delivering external refurbishment works across social housing properties in Bradford. This is an immediate start role with ongoing work available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations on social housing refurbishment projects * Overseeing External Wall Insulation (EWI) installations and associated external works * Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards * Maintaining strong communication with clients, tenants, and the project team * Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Requirements: * Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects * Strong experience delivering EWI programmes * Ideally a working knowledge of Structherm systems * Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively * Strong organisational and communication skills Certifications Required: * CSCS Card * SMSTS * First Aid at Work What’s on Offer: * £240–£260 per day (DOE) * Immediate start * Ongoing contract with a well-established regional subcontractor
