Site Manager

Site Manager £50,000k + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits Travel and lodge when required Specialist Cleanrooms, Cold Rooms, Fire‑Rated Environments & Cladding A leading UK specialist in the design and installation of temperature‑controlled, hygienic, and fire‑rated environments is expanding after securing a strong pipeline of projects. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. As the Site Manager, you will rotate between several projects ranging from £80k to £500k, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will spend the majority of your week visiting and managing sites, and will need to lodge away the majority of each week. In this role your key responsibilities will be: Manage multiple live sites, ensuring quality, programme, and H&S compliance Oversee subcontractors and support Project Managers on larger schemes Carry out regular site inspections and progress checks Ensure all works meet safety, specification, and regulatory standards Act as the main site‑based contact for clients and project teams Contribute to planning, scheduling, and problem‑solving during deliveryExperience in any of the following specialist areas is highly advantageous: Fire‑rated partitions/walls Cleanrooms Cold stores / cold rooms Internal or external claddingThe role would also suit Candidates from a fit‑out or specialist construction environments especially if you have hands‑on experience or a strong understanding of installation‑based projects. You will need a CSCS card, First Aid, SSSTS/SMSTS or CSCS Black Card and a Full UK Driving Licence
