Site Manager

We’re working with a reputable specialist contractor delivering external envelope and cladding packages across the South West. Due to a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking an experienced Cladding Site Manager to oversee works on projects in and around Bristol. This is a hands-on role managing façade and cladding installations on commercial and residential schemes. Duties include: • Managing day-to-day site operations for cladding and external envelope works • Coordinating subcontractors, installers, and suppliers on site • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification • Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation • Conducting quality inspections and overseeing snagging processes • Reviewing and implementing RAMS • Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management • Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and client representatives The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cladding or façade packages, with a strong understanding of external envelope systems including rainscreen, curtain walling, or SFS systems. A solid health & safety background and the ability to manage fast-paced programmes is essential. Experience delivering packages valued £2m–£10m is preferred.
