Apply NowSphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week fit out project in Bristol, conveniently located close to the hospital.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong main contractor and fit out background, who is confident managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and site trades.
*
Manage the fit out programme and daily site activities.
*
Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards.
*
Review drawings, specifications and RAMS.
*
Monitor health and safety across the project.
*
Manage deliveries, site logistics and materials.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors.
*
Conduct site inspections and ensure snagging is managed through to completion.
*
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
*
Attend progress and coordination meetings where required.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects.
*
Main contractor background preferred.
*
SMSTS – essential.
*
CSCS – essential.
*
First Aid – essential.
*
Strong understanding of construction health and safety.
*
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
*
Good communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work to programme and manage project deadlines.
