Apply NowWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage day-to-day site activities across commercial construction projects.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site resources.
*
Ensure works are completed in line with programme, specifications and quality standards.
*
Maintain strict health & safety compliance and site documentation.
*
Liaise with project management, commercial teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
*
Proven Site Manager experience within commercial construction.
*
Background working for a main contractor on commercial new-build, refurbishment or fit-out projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site management and subcontractor coordination.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
