Site Manager

Our client a West Midlands based External Facades Principle contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for one of their Curtain Wall Installation projects in Cardiff, South Glamorgan. The work is a new build hospital wing. Duties will include: * Installation of Timber and Railco Curtain Wall Systems * Managing Direct Labour and Sub Contractors to site program * Liaising with client and Local Authorities * Taking Site inductions * Toolbox talks * Reporting to Contracts Management * Attending progress meetings * NCR's * Walk rounds * Producing daily site reports * Managing plant, materials and small tools * Site Administration * All other associated tasks as instructed You will have: * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS Black or Gold Card * Experience of Curtain Wall Installation programs This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be circa 7 months work For more information or to register your interest please contact Simon Brady at Blu Tech Consulting
