Site Manager – Groundworks Package Location: Cleethorpes Freelance (£280-£300pd) We are recruiting for a competant Site Manager to oversee a live Groundworks package in a live environment. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, managing direct labour across: * Drainage / Ducting * Footpaths * Paving Responsibilities: * Coordination of trades * H&S management (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks) * Quality control * Liaison with main contractor & client teams * Ensuring works are delivered on time and to spec Requirements: * Proven experience managing Groundworks packages * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid * Strong technical understanding of drainage & concrete works * Ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety standards This is a great opportunity to join a busy contractor with secured pipeline work.
