Site Manager – Modular Build - Torbay Start date: 20/03/2026 The project is to oversee the installation of Modular Build units in a Hospital environment . The work is over 10 consecutive days including weekend working on the night shift from 18.00 till approx .02.00am  Manage daily site operations ensuring project milestones and safety standards are met Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery Oversee site teams, monitor progress, and report on project developments Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry , ideally with previous experience on Modular build projects  SMSTS certification and strong understanding of health and safety regulations Experience working on commercial construction projects for limited companies The role offers competitive rates and overtime  involves Monday to Sunday shifts.
