Site Manager

We are looking for a strong Site Manager to run the full M&E package on a large steel frame industrial unit in Dartford. Works commence in May and will run for approximately 5 months. This Site Manager will take full control of the mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring programme, quality and safety standards are met throughout. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and coordinating all M&E site activities * Overseeing material deliveries and site logistics * Inducting all staff and subcontractors onto site * Managing H&S compliance and site standards * Issuing clean-up notices and maintaining site discipline * Producing and issuing progress reports to senior management * Liaising with subcontractors and the wider project team Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering M&E packages * Strong M&E background (mechanical or electrical bias preferred) * Experience on industrial / steel frame projects * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid * IT proficient – ideally familiar with Dalux * Strong leadership and organisational skills If you are an experienced Site Manager with an M&E background and available for a May start in Dartford, apply now with your CV
