Apply NowWe are working with a quality-led SME housebuilder to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional-build project in North Hampshire. Ideally, you will demonstrate longevity within a similar operation and have the ability to act as No.1 on site.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the day-to-day delivery of the development
* Coordinating subcontractors, labour and site activities
* Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety
* Ensuring the build programme remains on schedule
* Overseeing inspections, reporting and site documentation
* Supporting the successful handover of completed homes
