Site Manager needed in Glasgow to oversee a 6 Week project on a CAT A office fit out Site Manager Office Fit Out The Company This Site Manager’s role is with a fit out contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings. The Role We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of overseeing CAT A office fit outs. * Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget. * Manage project programme. * Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. * Assist with site establishment and site logistics. * Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance. * Identifies and manages risk. * Ensure delivery against the project budgets. * Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
