Site Manager | Office Refurbishment | Greenwich We are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager for a fast-track office refurbishment project in Greenwich. This is a 6-week contract starting this coming Monday. The project involves a standard internal refresh, but we require a manager who treats every site like a flagship project-prioritizing safety, site standards, and smooth subcontractor coordination above all else. The Role Office fit out/refurbishment. 6 Weeks (Full duration commitment required). Overseeing M&E installs, partitioning (drywall), and high-end painting/decorating. You will be responsible for RAMS reviews, daily inductions, and ensuring a culture of safety across all trades.Requirements SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Essential). Proven experience in fast-paced commercial fitouts/refurbs. A "hands-on" leadership style-we need someone active on the floor, not just in the cabin.
