Site Manager - Planned Maintenance Job Title: Site Manager Location: Hammersmith & Fulham (Scattered Properties) Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package Role We are working in partnership with a UK leading property services company delivering high-quality refurbishment and energy efficiency programmes across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth and the award of new works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee delivery across a Hammersmith & Fulham contract. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing SHDF works across scattered occupied properties within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. This is a client-facing role requiring strong operational control, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to programme delivery and resident engagement. Works are expected to include * EWI/IWI (External & Internal Wall Insulation) * Window and door replacements * Roofing upgrades Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple live properties * Manage subcontractors and direct labour * Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards * Maintain strict compliance with H&S regulations and company procedures * Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams * Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting * Drive programme performance and resolve any site-based issues About You * Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment or retrofit * Experience delivering SHDF or similar decarbonisation schemes is highly desirable * Strong understanding of working in occupied properties * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage scattered sites effectively What’s on Offer * Salary up to £55,000 * Company package (car allowance or vehicle, pension, holiday, etc.) * Long-term secured workstream * Opportunity to work on a high-profile decarbonisation programme * Career progression within a leading property services contractor
