We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable contractors for a confident and experienced Site Manager to join a £10m healthcare development.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager

* Previous healthcare construction experience – essential

* Modular / MMC construction experience – essential

* Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
