Site Manager - Barnet Salary £60k - £65k + package A busy developer is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 420-unit new-build RC frame scheme in Barnet. This is a great opportunity to join a major project with a well-established business that has multiple schemes secured across London and a clear focus on internal progression and long-term development. Ideal for a Site Manager with experience on RC frame residential projects who is looking for stability, strong project exposure, and genuine career progression. Duties: * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to programme * Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and trades across multiple work fronts * Drive health & safety standards and ensure full site compliance * Monitor quality, programme and productivity across the build * Coordinate with the Project Manager, commercial and technical teams * Lead progress meetings and manage short-term programming Requirements: * Proven experience delivering large-scale residential schemes * Strong background in RC frame construction * Experience managing multiple phases or large unit numbers * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Strong leadership and organisational skills If you'd like more information or would be open to a confidential conversation, please apply with your CV to be reviewed
