Rate: £28.54 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 42–45 hours per week
Duration: Ongoing Freelance
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key housing client on an ongoing project in Hull.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in housing who is confident managing site operations, subcontractors and health & safety.
The Role:
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Conducting site inspections and managing snagging
* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and wider project team
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* Black or White CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Previous Site Management experience
* Housing experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
