Role: Freelance Site Manager Location: Durham Job: New Build Industrial Sheds Responsibilities: Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications Start Date: 25th February Duration: 4 weeks Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 10-12 hour shifts Rate: £270 a day Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications for this position
